Troubleshooting Lavender
Ah, tech issues. We’ve all been there — even at Lavender. 😉
Here’s how to fix the most common ones fast.
Step 1: Start With the Basics
Is your browser up to date?
For Chrome:
- Click
⋮→ Help → About Google Chrome - Chrome will auto-check for updates
- Click Update and Restart
For Microsoft Edge:
- Visit
edge://settings/help - Edge will auto-check for updates
- If prompted, click Download and Install
Sign out & sign back in
If you’re using Gmail:
- Sign out of Lavender Dashboard
- Sign out of Gmail
- Sign back into Lavender, then Gmail
If you’re using Outlook: Same steps as above — just swap Gmail for Outlook.
If you’re using Salesloft or Outreach:
- Sign out of Lavender
- Sign out of your integration
- Sign back into both
For email count issues:
→ Disconnect & reconnect Salesloft/Outreach from Dashboard → Integrations
⏱ This will trigger a full historical sync (may take up to 24 hours).
Using HubSpot, Apollo, or Groove? Follow the same sign-out/sign-in process for those platforms too.
Step 2: Clear Cache & Restart
Clear your browser cache:
- Sign out of Lavender
- Clear your cache via browser settings
- Sign back into Lavender
Restart your computer
Yes, seriously. This often resolves stuck processes or incomplete updates.
Step 3: Reinstall Lavender
- Remove the Lavender extension from Chrome
- Reinstall from install.lavender.ai
- Reconnect integrations and toggle settings like Lavender Anywhere
💡 Don’t forget to revisit your Dashboard Settings after reinstalling!
