Troubleshooting Lavender

Ah, tech issues. We’ve all been there — even at Lavender. 😉

Here’s how to fix the most common ones fast.

Step 1: Start With the Basics

Is your browser up to date?

For Chrome:

  1. Click → Help → About Google Chrome
  2. Chrome will auto-check for updates
  3. Click Update and Restart

For Microsoft Edge:

  1. Visit edge://settings/help
  2. Edge will auto-check for updates
  3. If prompted, click Download and Install

Sign out & sign back in

If you’re using Gmail:

  1. Sign out of Lavender Dashboard
  2. Sign out of Gmail
  3. Sign back into Lavender, then Gmail

If you’re using Outlook: Same steps as above — just swap Gmail for Outlook.

If you’re using Salesloft or Outreach:

  1. Sign out of Lavender
  2. Sign out of your integration
  3. Sign back into both

For email count issues:
→ Disconnect & reconnect Salesloft/Outreach from Dashboard → Integrations
⏱ This will trigger a full historical sync (may take up to 24 hours).

Using HubSpot, Apollo, or Groove? Follow the same sign-out/sign-in process for those platforms too.

Step 2: Clear Cache & Restart

Clear your browser cache:

  1. Sign out of Lavender
  2. Clear your cache via browser settings
  3. Sign back into Lavender

Restart your computer

Yes, seriously. This often resolves stuck processes or incomplete updates.

Step 3: Reinstall Lavender

  1. Remove the Lavender extension from Chrome
  2. Reinstall from install.lavender.ai
  3. Reconnect integrations and toggle settings like Lavender Anywhere

💡 Don’t forget to revisit your Dashboard Settings after reinstalling!
