How to Use HubSpot's BCC

Before you start

Make sure to share your HubSpot BCC tracking link with our team during onboarding.

There’s currently no in-product way to add it later, so we need it upfront to ensure activity is logged correctly. Reach out to support@lavender.ai for assistance.

How it works

1. Export leads from HubSpot to Ora
   Create a HubSpot report or list of contacts, export that list, then upload to Ora
2. Ora sends emails using your assigned BCC link
   Once we've added your BCC on the backend, Ora automatically includes your HubSpot BCC tracking link on all outbound emails, so the activity logs in HubSpot
3. Create a second report for activity tracking
   In HubSpot, build a dynamic list of:
   • People in the original Ora-exported list
   • Who now have logged email activity

What this helps with

• Gives your team visibility into which contacts Ora is working
• Allows reps to avoid overlapping outreach
• Helps measure response and engagement inside HubSpot reporting
